zoom in on wheel mouse causes zoom out impossible #159

I accidently rolled the wheel on my mouse upwards - this caused heavy zoom-in 
and I am not able to zoom out enough to read my map again. Even tried pressing 
the zoom out button 1000 times and the zoom level is still so hight I only see 
white screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Limit the maximum zoom in - level
2. Add zoom back to 100% button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.1. on ubuntu 11.04

Please provide any additional information below.

I've added a button, menu item and shortcut (Ctrl+zero) to return to 100% zoom 
and centre the map. Also, the zoom is now capped to 10x in or out, so it's 
harder to lose things.
