escape key should deselect the thought #23

Pressing the "Esc" key inserts a weird character inside a thought's bubble.
It should deselect the thought/thoughts instead.

Thanks for the bug report.

I've just merged the rework branch into trunk.  One of the many things that is 
fixed
is this problem.  Pressing escape when editing a thought now finishes editing.

Marking as Fixed.
