ctrl-A should select all #24

If you use the ctrl-A keyboard shortcut, it should select all thoughts.

If you are editing the text of one thought, it should select all of its
text. Doing that currently inserts a weird symbol. The only way to select
all the text right now is to press Home, Shift+End.
