For thoughts that have extended information within them, it would be nice
to change their color *slightly*, either the inside or the thought border
color. It needs to be very pale as to not be intrusive, but should allow us
to spot quickly thoughts that are further developped.

Also, hovering the cursor over them for a while could span a tooltip with the
extended info on it.

This is fixed in revision 218 by drawing a bigger border. The hovering feature 
isn't
easy to implement and I have another idea for displaying it as comic speech 
bubble
that can be opened and closed.
