move multiple thoughts at once

labyrinth can now lasso-select multiple thoughts, but it still isn't
possible to move them all at once (or delete them all at once fwiw).

It is possible to move them all by holding the shift key. But you are very 
right, it
is anything but intuitive.

Oh, and deletion of selected thoughts works just fine for me.

I hope I fixed the multiple thought movement with r309 correctly. Is this the 
way you
wanted it?

Since it is really hard to predict the users intention I added the escape key, 
which
unselects all thoughts. This comes handy if you select the whole mind map.
