Open the files in the same tab/window #113

When a file is opened, it launch a new tab/window of the browser. I think
it will be better to use the same tab/window an to let the user to choose
using the middle mouse button. Or at least to be able to set up the
preferred behavior in the "Settings" or in the same "Open" sub menu.
