No protection against data loss #123

At the very least, navigating away from a document with unsaved changes 
should prompt the user to save before exiting. Ideally, the document should 
be autosaved frequently. I believe Google Docs currently does both of these.

Added auto-save. Also, backspace key is now ignored outside the text editor.
