Save files as plain-text-files with a .tex filename-extension. #145

Describe the requested feature:

At the moment latex-lab saves documents as a Google Docs file. As Google Docs
is now capable of storing pretty much any file-type perhaps it would be
better if the files could be saved as native .tex files (perhaps with
customizable encoding: ASCII or UTF-8 or whatever else people want to use).
This would make it easier to work with the files after a mass-export through
Google Docs, and would also make LaTeX documents work better for users who
have their Google Docs account synced so that it can be accessed directly on
a computer.

Firstly, this is the same as issue 6.
Secondly, about "users who have their Google Docs account synced so that it can
be accessed directly on a computer", how do you do this? 'Cuz that would be
awesome.
