Renaming "Copy of Document.tex " #19

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

After editing a document and executing "Save as new copy" I attempted to
rename the document by clicking on the document name at the top of the
page. First thing I noticed was that the name did not update to "Copy of
Document.tex" but remained "Document.tex". After renaming the document and
attending Google Documents, I noticed I had the original document with the
new name, and the new document still with the name "Copy of Document.tex".

The "Save as new copy" feature creates a copy of the existing document and
opens it
in a new browser window for editing. Was the rename done in new window or the
original one? If a window failed to open it's possible that popup blocker may
have
gotten in the way.

I do believe you are correct. I didn't notice it when on the laptop, but on my
main
rig it's clear as day. Is there yet anyway to set preferences, or is this yet
on the way?

Added an intermediate step that displays a dialog prompting the user to open the
copied document, rather than opening automatically. The automatic behavior is
what
was triggering the popup blocker.
