No spellcheck #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type misspelt word in latex-lab
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Firefox comes with inline spellcheck (red squiggly lines under spelling
mistakes). This functions on regular google.docs, but not in latex-lab
documents -- spelling errors are ignored.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 3.5, Ubuntu 9.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Latex-lab is a great tool for academics. It would be excellent to have some
form of spellchecking function -- whether the inline spellcheck offered by
firefox (which I appreciate is not entirely appropriate as it will see
latex code as spelling errors) or a spellcheck in the menu bar which parses
latex code and spellchecks what is not latex code (something akin to ispell
perhaps??)

Thankyou very much

CodeMirror is the text editor used in LaTeX Lab. It supports spell-checking so
this
is doable, it just needs to be configured.

Added a spellcheck option for configuring the text editor (CodeMirror) to
display
spelling errors. Note that this will is only available in browsers that have a
spellchecker available such as FireFox.
