Snap to grid does not work when creating shapes #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on snap to grid
2. Draw a Quad - note that snapping is not used

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Snapping should work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS/X
