Main menue not active #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Leo, open Debug dialog, do something and close dialog
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The main menue does not work, you can play with the tools, but not save your 
work for example.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is a bug in how the menus are generated when skins are reloaded. I've 
fixed it. It should work now.
