What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Please see Issue 85

I have had no help or response to anything I've sent. They are entirely useless 
and will remain to be unless the issues are addressed. I would ask for a refund 
if anyone replied.

I am having similar experiences, I have sent two emails to the developer of the 
course of 2 weeks and I have not received any sort of response. I also posted 
an issue 8 days ago and nothing yet. Any sort of correspondence would be nice. 
Even at least to say we are looking into it. I'm beginning to think that my 
investment of 3 lightpacks may have been a mistake.
