Will this work or has anyone tried putting an android pc stick on their TV and 
install lightpak to see if it will work? 

How about Microsoft new item called "windows to go"?

Got no idea were to ask so I just went here.

An example of the android stick im talking about is "CS968 android TV Box"
and the windows to go is 
"http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enterprise/products-and-technologies/dev
