Do lights go off after Prismatik is closed? Just try to close it, and attach
the latest log after that.

Im having the same issue but when you say lights, do you mean the led strips?
For me the problem is a bright led light coming from the box and not the led
strips themselves!

the box one is always on its hardwired to be like that nothing to do with the
software.

I see that this is now a feature - but if you kill the process (Prismatik.exe)
in Windows, the lights stay on.
I have the issue that when I switch AV input on my receiver to watch something
from another source, the lights stay on... and I figured I'd fix this with some
sort of batch file to kill the process... but the lights stay on when the
process is killed!

The problem is still there in Prismatik 5.10.6 for Windows: lights go off after
Prismatik is closed but stay on when the computer is shut down.
To make the lights go off after Prismatik is closed you need to uncheck the
"Keep lights ON after exit" in the Prismatik settings. This option is on by
default.

I have the same problem. "EternalWind" in this thread seems to have a simple
solution, maybe something to look at? Unfortunately, I can't get his version to
run on my system.

The patch found on the page mentioned in comment #15 fixed the problem for me.

Fix for all platforms (firmware change) is available now:
https://github.com/Atarity/Lightpack/blob/master/Firmware/Lightpack_hw7.hex
Feel free to try it and report whether it works as it should (switch off leds
on suspend/hibernate or host shutdown)
