Lightpack not recognized, device not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install/launch prismatik 5.10.4
2. software did not recognize lightpack

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The lightpack is turned on correctly and works fine on another PC with the same 
operating system (win7)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.4, windows7

Please provide any additional information below.

try to use another USB socket, or exclude any hubs between PC and Lightpack.

I have the same problem. Log is similar, it's like the computer just doesn't 
recognize the device. This is only one computer. Same Lightpack works fine on 
another computer. Other USB devices all work fine on the computer exhibiting 
the problem. Not using a USB hub. Tried every USB socket on the computer.

Output of lsusb is attached.

Same problem here I tried every usb port on my PC both 2.0 and 3.0 prsmatik 
will not see the device. I have not gotten it to work since I got it.
