Lightpack not holding settings #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
everytime i close the program it reverts back to only lighting 10 LEDs, it 
never saves the changes i make. also on power on the light bar doesn't go 
through the normal self test

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.5 on windows 7 32 bit

please provide us with more specific information like device type, OS and may 
be logs.
