I think I have this problem as well! I'm sure I plug the cables correctly
according to the Quick Install Guide. Going to try to re-plug the cables the
other way around/in reverse

I have the exact same problem, tried to reinstall the software. That didn't
help...

Not sure if it's gonna help/can be seen from the screenshot though, but here it
is attached (colored.JPG)
I'm also attaching another with a different wallpaper than my first photo.

In the end, I can sort of achieve what is the correct one by exchanging cables
here and there to match (though the cables are very messy in the end and
probably not as accurate as intended?)
Maybe the firmware in the hardware is faulty?

I get pretty much the same problem. Some of the widgets don't correspond with
the setup on my back of the TV (as followed in the Manual "Constellations"). Is
there an alternative way within Prismatik to change the corresponding widgets
on our screen with the positing behind the TV? Or possibly putting the possible
"constellations" TV setups within Prismatik?
I assume a quick-fix would be indeed to switch the lights around into different ports, but it just undoes the work of applying all those adhesives.

At the risk of sounding like a total idiot - I had this "problem" initially but
realized I didn't have my calibration boxes in the right spots. I had
mismatched the box numbers with the LED strip numbers. Double check your white
or colored calibration windows and make sure they correspond with the correct
LED strip, referring to the placement sheet that the Lightpack shipped with.

@radish: If you have to follow the widget numbers on screen, then the quick
setup guide has it the other way around; Because:
On screen: Number 1 starts on the top left of the monitor (when viewed from
front) BUT
On the user guide, Number 1 is also on the top left of the monitor (but viewed
from the back)

@Michael:
Yeah that's what I had done too - but depending on your "Constellation" setup
that is not how they would correspond according to the chart. For instance, I
set mine up as Andromeda, and the Number 1 LED strip (according to the diagram)
is on the bottom left corner of the back of the TV - or monitor in your case.
From there, you'd put the number 1 widget box in that area of the TV/monitor
screen - which should be the bottom right corner if you're looking at the
front, and resize it to capture a certain area of color from your display.
