Ligttpack never grabs from screen,it gives a constant white color only all the time #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.it happens as soon as I run the Prismatik application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The LEDs give a constant white color and never grab anything from my screen, 
this problem happens only on my desktop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This problem happens on both 5.10.1 and on 5.10.5a
software 5.10.5 (revision 7706351 ), firmware 7.5
my OS is Windows 7 Home Premium with SP1 installed 64-bit OS

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried flashing the firmware to an older one and the problem remained on this 
machine, the Lightpack worked perfectly on my Laptop with Windows Vista with 
64-bit OS.

Problem Solved:
Removed Driver and re installed it and everything worked perfectly!
