What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Plugging Lightpack in and opening Prismatic
2.No LED's light up
3.Get error "Error with connection device, verbose in logs"
Also in the about tab i get "firmware read device fail".
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - LEDs and Lightpack to turn on and light up
Instead - Nothing
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prismatik 5.10.5 (revision 7706351)
Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Please provide any additional information below.
I have two lightpacks - both experiencing the same issue. Devices do show up in
Device Manager on my PC. Tried updating firmware to 7.5 on both but nothing
happened. Logs attached.
