What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup Lightpack with 20 zones
2. After a time, Prismatik forgets second lightpack settings
3. Have to re-run wizard to configure locations
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After setting up the locations, Prismatik should remember all 20 zones. But
after a time (possibly resolution change) Prismatik just forgets the second
Lightpack. It can still see the device as it reports "2 Lightpacks found, 20
zones are available", but it only has the 10 active zones and I have to re-add
the other 10 zones manually.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
software 5.10.5
firmware 7.5
Please provide any additional information below.
One thing that always messes this up is changing resolutions, it might be that
it's what is the constant problem. The trouble is, re-loading the profile
doesn't fix the problem. The only way to sort it out is to manually run the
configuration wizard.
