Launcher crashes if moving shortcut when newly installed app shortcut appears #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be in the process of moving shortcut when new app shortcut appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would expect that you would be able to continue moving app shortcut.  However, 
a second copy of your shortcut appears on the screen when the newly installed 
app shortcut appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Liquid ICS v1.35

Please provide any additional information below.
I first noticed this happening when I was restoring my account from Google, so 
many apps were in the process of installing.

I just did a fresh wipe install to try and replicate this but failed any chance 
you can replicate with a logcat?
