Starting flashlight in lock screen then trying to turn it off in power widget causes a crash #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on flashlight via lockscreen
2. unlock device
3. Try to turn off the flashlight via power widget

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.35 on Toro

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using the quad unlock screen with one shortcut configured as a flashlight

Behavior might also be fixed if choosing flashlight did not unlock the phone, 
but just turned on the flashlight (if possible)

Lockscreen flashlight is a known issue we may have to remove it if we can't fix 
before next release... and assume powerwidget is enough :-/

I actually added a second torch lockscreen shortcut under systemui...we can see 
if that causes the bug or not

turns out this is by design when you unlock with flash light you MUST use 
powerbutton to turn off.

having the two separate apps interact is an Enhancement request
