MHL Adapter doesnt work with rom #45

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Keep in mind we DO NOT DEBUG THIRD
PARTY APPS *your issue will be invalidated if you report their problems
here*)
1. Plugin to MHL adapter to phone, plugin usb power to MHL adapter, plug HDMI 
into tv.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect when plugged into a mhl adapter and connected to HDMI to the TV. The 
tv should display phone screen. Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?
CDMA 1.35 Stock everything. Clean install,(wiped cache d cache, and factory 
reset.

Please provide any additional information below.
