clock just stops

What steps will reproduce the problem?

clock in status bar stops displaying current time. same on any clock widget.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

it just displaying the time when it stoped working. when i reboot it is working 
fine just for a while.

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?

[ROM] [AOSP] LiQUIDSMOOTH-v1.4 [05-18-2012] GSM

if the time update fails the exception should be logged every minute that the 
system fires the minute change system broadcast. So lets log the screen being 
on for about 2-3 minutes and attach logcat here.

Time in lockscreen is ok, but in statusbar it stopped updating.
