volume rocker wake not working on latest 6/7 build with 6/8 settings.apk #64

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Keep in mind we DO NOT DEBUG THIRD
PARTY APPS *your issue will be invalidated if you report their problems
here*)
1. Setting the volume rocker wake to enabled does not seem to do anything.  
Phone does not wake when volume buttons are tapped.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?
Toro blue build from 6/7 with franco 181, latest settings.apk from 10am 6/8.

Please provide any additional information below.
