can´t apply a patch on lusca #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I´m using Lusca and configure Thundercache5 (dynamic content cache) as
parent. The thunder returns zph_tos, but lusca (squid) ignore it.
2. I have searched how to make lusca to do this (don´t ignore the tos
received), but I find other way:
The thunder developer have maded this patch to apply on squid2.7stable6, to
make squid give HIT headers to that packet received whit tos from parent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It don´t apply. It returns:
patching file src/client_side.c
patch: **** malformed patch at line 5: if (Config.zph_mode != ZPH_OFF) }

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I´m using Lusca 14756, but I tried to apply on 14733 too. It happens the same
error. OS Centos 5.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
The patch is made to squid-2.7.STABLE6
