Build faild on Cygwin #94

* The attached patch is required for successful build on Cygwin.
* Please, stop setting svn:eol-style to native. It's just disastrous.
* And celebrate the reasonable squid development branch! ;)

Congratulations! Lusca now freely builds and runs on Windows. Thanks much!

I think I have a couple of changes left in my source tree. They're nothing 
major.

In any case, quite cool huh? :) I'm glad we managed to wrap all of this up.

Time to write up some web stuff relating to Lusca on Windows, no?

Actually, it's harder to me to construct English sentences than to code in C or 
any
other rational programming languages. But I'd give it a try. :)

If in doubt (with writing English), jump on irc and idle there. :) There's more
non-native speakers who talk there than natives ones (ie, me.)
