IMO, web proxy with null cache is clean and reasonable enough.

Well, I've been thinking about changing this default for quite some time. The 
problem
is that I want Lusca to be an easy replacement for squid-2 / squid-3. Changing 
this
may upset some users migrating to/from it.

So I'm not going to commit this just for now. I'll keep it in mind for the 
future though!
