Spaces becomes   in Safari #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write some text
2. Try making it bold (for example)
3. Look at the source

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In Firefox it just adds the <b>, but in Safari (4, on Mac) the spaces in the 
<b>-tag becomes &nbsp; 
(non-breakable spaces, which is annoying on longer texts).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.5.8, Safari 4.0.3 (5531.9)
