From rte to textarea #51

Firstly, this plugin is an excellent piece of code. Simply awesome.

I have a need of cancelling my rte and getting back to original textarea 
(with new contents) and have no residue of rte left inside. I could do it the 
brute force way but am looking for solution that fits as part of the plugin.

Any help here would be of great help.
