Alt tag for a image? #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Adding a image with the upload function

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For correct html it is supposed to output a alt tag inside the img tag but its 
not even asking for it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
