IMG paste is not working Internet Explorer (IE8) #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract the war
2. Deploy the war in Tomcat or any other server
3. Open the URL, http://localhost:8080/WebtoPdf/rte/rtedemo.jsp in different 
browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome). Try to upload an image.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When an image file is copied to clipboard (either by opening and copying a part 
of the image or by copying the entire file in file explorer) the textarea 
should display the image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 with IE8, Firefox 27.0.1, Chrome 33.0 (Works fine in Chrome and 
Firefox). Other details about RTE js and css files are included in war file 
attached.
