please mantain gtk+2.0 and glib 2.24 compability in next 0.6 #34

i see todo in http://make-linux.blogspot.com/2012/07/lxpanelx-06.html and 
please mantain compability for older env with gtk 2.18/2.20 al least and glib 
2.24

its important due theres no sence if a older env can install a light component 
that relies in a newer library that requires very modern hadrware (newer gtk 
related components are more power comsuption and high requirements, there no 
sense in this, due lxpanelx let be light )
