lxpanelx outputs error messages instead of showing glipper-lite's icon in the system tray #46

Hi,
When I run glipper-lite (http://code.google.com/p/glipper-lite) with lxpanelx, 
lxpanelx generates errors like this:
[WRN] 01:00:37 lxpanel : X error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
[WRN] 01:00:37 lxpanel : X error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
[WRN] 01:00:37 lxpanel : X error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
[WRN] 01:01:02 lxpanel : X error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)

Glipper-Lite works OK (I can open its history menu using the keyboard 
shortcut), except its tray icon does not appear in the lxpanelx system tray 
(there is a gap instead).

I don't know how to prove that this is an lxpanelx problem, but it doesn't 
occur when I use glipper-lite with a different panel, e.g. lxpanel or jwm.

Can you help?

OK, I tried running another application that uses eggtrayicon (an old version 
of retrovol) with lxpanelx, and the same problem occurred, so I guess there is 
something about eggtrayicon that it doesn't like.
