Dynamic imaging products

Some products do not need output file generation. We should allow adding to 
cart without saving an order and no subsequent output file generation.

1. Add checkbox "Dynamic imaging" to w2p tab in product details
2. Add checkbox "Dynamic imaging" to category details page

If any of the checkboxes is checked on the product goes as DI.

When the product is added to cart save the URL of the image. It will sit on ZP 
until the item is checked out. Once it is checked out download it to Mage and 
show the link in order details.

Question: does mage request full size image or limits it using _xx_xx params in 
the file name?

Whatever the user gets with the order should be the full size provided by ZP.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0alpha1 (alpha)

works as expected. Test OK

Questions:
Which file is presented in order details? I placed an order on this one:

and compared the regular PNG output with the one I got when the template is 
marked as DI. They were different by a px on each side:

Notes:
1. It also works for multipage templates. One of the DI template requirements 
is to have only one page. I think that it is fine as is and admins should be 
able to set a template to act as DI one regardless if it is multipage.

2. The order is not registered in the w2p end.

3. The options is not included in bulk edit list of options. Do we need it 
there?

Nevermind.
Was thinking if it's worth it to include the option in bulk edit. We have it 
available for individual product attributes editing and category editing.
Bulk options will allow users to select multiple products, use "Update 
attributes" action and turn them into DI products.

M.'s bulk editor contains only pre-defined set of options. The set is not 
expendable as I know.

I think it's possible to add out item to the dropdown menu where bulk edit item 
is placed. Admin will be able to select multiple products and turn them into DI 
products.

What do you think?
