with DLCD staff.

The initial planning and discovery phase will guide OMM system development and 
implementation, and will also 
ensure that the initial needs of the State (project partners) are addressed.  
First, we will meet with State agency 
project partners (DLCD and ODFW) to refine the work scope/plan, confirm the 
project timeline and deliverable 
schedule, and assign roles and responsibilities. Next, the existing 
(California) MarineMap interface, features, and 
functions will be reviewed with project partners to determine any modifications 
or additions.  A prioritized list of 
features, functions, and user interaction components then will inform an 
initial wireframe diagram, which will be 
reviewed by project partners, updated/revised as necessary, confirmed, and then 
implemented.
