Refactor the lingcod.heatmap app to show overlap between features, not 
hardcoded to MPA/Array

Instead of taking arrays, heatmap has been refactored to take collections and 
generate a heatmap of any polygons contained within its feature_set. Wrote up 
some basic tests and everything is working - probably want to test with 
real-life data eventually.
