User details Save button inoperable #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as an admin user
2. Admin->Active User Search -> Double click a user
3. Make a change to the user form and hit save. Nothing happens.

Expected: The new details are saved, and a confirmation box appears. Instead, 
nothing happens.

Interestingly, the less powerful form for a user to change their own details 
('My Details') still saves fine.
