Download of experiment files always gets all files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose an experiment within a project which has files associated with it.
2. Click on 'Files', and check some of the boxes to select some of the files.
3. Choose a compression format and click Download. 

Expected: Only the selected files are contained within the compressed archive
Actual: All files associated with the experiment are contained within the 
compressed archive, regardless of selection.

Additionally, this option could use a 'Preparing download' ticker box or 
similar, since the compression operation can take several seconds.
