Task Pathway:

Repository -> Projects -> Select a project -> Select an experiment -> Files

Task Details:

1) Under this section, the following folders needs to be created automatically 
for all experiments
- Raw Data (which is the current "Experiment" folder)
- QC Data (this should display all the QC files that are currently under display
- Project Background
- Data Processing
- Bioinformatics Analysis
- Report

2) The user should be able to create sub-directories under the above detailed 
directories. 

3) The user should be able to create any additional directories in addition to 
the above detailed ones.
