Icarus should not automatically check tests that a skipped by default. #308

Some tests are skipped by default such as Explicit, Ignored and Pending
tests.  Icarus should not automatically add checkmarks for these tests.  In
addition, it should visually de-emphasize these tests and perhaps offer a
mechanism for filtering them out altogether.

Gallio does not currently have a flag to describe these cases but it would
need one to support this behavior.  The skip reason is currently presented
in metadata but it might be useful to make it first class instead.
