AccessViolationException in Icarus after viewing source code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Icarus. Remove all files. Close Icarus.
2. Run Icarus. Add the Sandbox.dll file from the attachment
3. Double-click on a test method in the tree. The source code appears
4. Close the Source Code tab.
5. Single-Click to select another test method on the tree

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Icarus crashes with an AccessViolationException:
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that 
other memory is corrupt.
   at System.Windows.Forms.UnsafeNativeMethods.DispatchMessageW(MSG& msg)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.174+ on Windows7 x64

Could you test whether the newest version (r3106 or later) still crashes?
