Dynamic Test Factory does not run in parallel #853

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a dynamic test factory
2.Generate tests

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Each test from the factory should run in its own thread. Currently does not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
