What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Icarus Test runner
2.Add the test file
3.Error shows Start is disabled
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried all from 3.2.7 to latest 3.4.14 but throwing the same exception
Windows XP and Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
Error also occurs when selecting the other controls in the UI
