Getting System.IndexOutOfRangeException when running tests for Gallio Icarus #934

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select all the tests (around 75) in Gallio Icarus
2. Click Start button
3. During this batch execution intermittently we are getting the exception.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No exception should be seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gallio Icarus 3.4 build 11
MBunit 3.4.0.0
