iPad oddities on web application

1. you can't scroll down pages (both chrome and safari). Situational awareness 
is not a problem, but if you go to planning you only see down to "Distributed 
Deployment Planning" and can't go further down. Interestingly in cosci it's 
true for the discussion but not for the collections, where you can scroll down.

2. clicking on links that should open in a new tab in collection doesn't 
(chrome only, safari is fine). Meaning that you get stuck there and have to 
reload the ODSS to get out of it. Not a big deal as I can do a right click / 
open in new tab but I need to think of it.

NOTE: I am working on a mobile version that should address these instead of 
trying to fix it in the main web application.

An addition: 

Under planning and data analysis, clicking on a link makes you stuck there - 
you can change to another tab, but can't go back to the original tab with all 
the choices without reloading ODSS. It would be great if there was a way to go 
back to that original tab. I can avoid that by right click / open in new tab 
from a computer and from safari on ipad, but somehow can't in chrome on ipad.
