Backup and capture malibu configuration #108

We need to capture the current configuration of the server 'malibu' on the 
Western Flyer.  Then we need to examine it against the new network 
infrastructure I.S. has worked out with the WF crew.  Also verify the way it is 
configured is correct and create a 'standard' configuration for ODSS deployment 
on other vessels.
