mouse over popup does not fully render

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run firefox 3.6
2.load http://beach.mbari.org:8080/odss/
3.mouse over Situational Awareness Decision Data Name items 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see entire popup with info on the named item

instead, see partial popup window, clipped on the right side and on the bottom. 

The popup paints correctly on the second and subsequent mouse overs. The 
problem recurs if one leaves the window and then comes back.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
http://beach.mbari.org:8080/odss/
Firefox 3.6.16
Mac OS X 10.5.8
