Tracks seem to go back and forth between previous positions of the platform

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load ODSS
2. Leave it running for a few hours
3. Look at the Situational Awareness perspective

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see "clean" platform tracks.  Instead the tracks seem to go back 
and forth between previous positions of the platform.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
